At the beginning of your healing journey, I often recommend weekly or bi-weekly treatments. This rhythm allows us to support your skin barrier, gently address active breakouts, and work at the root of what’s causing imbalance.
Your home care and inner wellness is just as important—if not more. The products I recommend create the foundation for your skin’s transformation and serve as daily reinforcement of the work we do in the treatment room. When you commit to both in-person treatments and your at-home ritual, we give your skin the best chance to truly heal.
